What materials are your covers made of?

Our covers are made from a hybrid TPU and PC material, providing a mix between hard plastic and soft silicone. In addition, some covers have velvet that prevents interior scratches. Each pattern is then laser printed for high detail.

How well are your covers protected?

Our covers have the most important protection features, while providing minimal bulk. Each case has a 2-3mm raised front edge for screen protection and fully covered bumpers with shock absorbing technology. In addition, our full-print covers include a velvet interior that prevents scratches on the inside. Please see the images on any product page to learn more.

The bumpers on my cover are dirty, how can I clean them?

The rubber sides may become discolored when exposed to excessive dirt or dyes. We suggest removing your phone from the case and firmly rubbing the bumpers with a warm, soapy cloth.

The buttons on my case are too tight, how do I fix them?

When you get a new case, the buttons may be a little stiff due to the reinforced bumper protection. Stretch the bumpers where the buttons are and hold them like that for 15 seconds. Try doing this a few times and then it will work perfectly!

My item was damaged upon delivery. What should I do?

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of the item’s arrival for a resolution.

ORDERS

How can I edit my order after I have placed it?

Since orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, changes to orders are not guaranteed and are required as soon as possible after placing your order. Contact us here.

How do I use a discount code or gift card?

Add the item(s) to your cart, click checkout and click on the drop down menu on the next page, “Do you have a coupon code?” Then enter the code and click apply.

SHIPPING

When will my order be shipped? It has already been 24 hours.

If you ordered Sunday through Friday, your order will ship the next business day. If you ordered after 1pm on a Saturday, your order will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday, depending on the volume of orders received over the weekend. Please allow additional processing and shipping time for weekends, holidays, sales, pre-orders, and new releases.

How long does shipping take?

After payment is confirmed, your product will go through the sorting, packing and shipping process. This process takes a maximum of 7 days. As soon as your product is shipped, you will be informed by e-mail and will receive your tracking code.

Do you ship internationally?

Of course we do! We offer FREE FREIGHT on orders over $29.90 for all products.

How to track my order?

To track your order to click here and enter the order number and email address used in the purchase.

My order says it was delivered, but it wasn’t. What do I do?

This happens from time to time, as the carrier may have prematurely marked the package as “delivered” before it arrived or delivered to the wrong location. We recommend that you check with your neighbors and your local post office first. If it is not found within 3 days of being marked as “delivered”, please let us know at: [email protected]

Why hasn’t my tracking link been updated?

Sometimes tracking links are not updated daily and can take 48-72 hours to update. If it has not been updated, don’t worry. Your package is still on its way and should be updated soon! If you don’t see updates for more than 72 hours, please contact us.

We work with the largest and leading carriers in the world.

Where does the Everithing Store ship orders from?

Many products sold by Everithing Store are imported. Our suppliers are located in Europe, USA and China and ship the orders directly to the final consumer.
