EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY — Everithing Store
This exchange policy is valid from Mar 2023.
If you are not satisfied with the product or have regretted the purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order at your address.
Conditions for making an exchange:
If you want to make an exchange, the product must be in perfect condition and without signs of use, that is, under the same conditions that you received it. In addition, it is essential that the item is in its original packaging.
How to request an exchange:
Send an email to the contact@everithingstore.com, stating your full name, order number and reason for the exchange. You will receive our contact with the necessary information to make the exchange.
Conditions for return by repentance:
If you regret the purchase, you can also return your order within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order at your address.
How to request a return for repentance:
Send an email to contact@everithingstore.com, stating your full name and order number. You will receive a refund within 30 days of the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional charge for you to receive a refund.
Defective manufacturing products:
According to Brazilian law, in the case of defective items, you have the right to request return within 30 days, from the date of receipt of the order at your address.
How to request a return of defective products:
Send an email to contact@everithingstore.com, stating your full name, order number and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos). We will review your case within 30 days of the date we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing from our online store. There will be no additional charge for you to receive a refund.
How to return the products:
As set forth in Consumer Law, the costs of sending the return of products by right of repentance or defective items of manufacture will be covered by our store through the reverse logistics process.
You will receive an email posting authorization code after your exchange or return request and must post the goods at a post office. We do not cover packaging costs, so we suggest that you use the same packaging in which you received your purchase (if not damaged) or a suitable box that preserves the parts during transport.
